Since December 1st, 2025, we have a new, highly dedicated president and a new leadership team for WKF USA within our world federation.

Of course, we will once again welcome a strong and large US team – both men and women – to the World Championships in Colombia in October 2025.

The date for the qualification of our US national team for the World Championships in the Caribbean will be announced shortly.

My name is Alexandr VARVARENCO, and I am the President of WKF USA.
I am a highly experienced kickboxing coach and sports professional with a higher education in Physical Culture and Sports, specializing as a trainer-teacher.

I was born and trained in Tiraspol, Moldova, at the Boeс Sports Club. During my competitive career, I became a champion of Transnistria and Moldova, a medalist in international tournaments, silver medalist of the WAKO World Cup, and professional champion of Ukraine under WKA.

During 9 years of coaching in Transnistria, I continued to represent Boeс Sports Club, was appointed head coach, and trained athletes who became national and international champions, including a European champion and silver medalists of the World Cup and European Championships.

For my contribution to sports, I was awarded the “Excellence in Physical Culture and Sports” distinction and recognized as Best Coach of 2020.

After moving to the USA, I founded GOLDEN EAGLE FIGHTING CLUB, in West Sacramento, California, where over 2 years my students achieved:
• Multiple 1st places in California (IKF)
• 1st places at the USA Championship (WKA)
• Silver medals at the USA Championship (ISKA)

As President of WKF USA, at home in West Sacramento, California, I am committed to developing kickboxing in the United States, organizing high-level competitions, and nurturing the next generation of champions through professional training and athlete development.

on March 1, 2024, a new WKF Division Worldwide began work.

By athletes – for athletes!

The aim is not to compete with existing associations, but rather to complement them with significantly less bureaucracy and fewer annoying, outdated regulations.

In collaboration with all of our 140+ WKF country presidents with the new WKF department “BOXING/BKFC”, we are also internationally networked on 6 continents in over 140 nations.

The Hungarian expert Daniel Z. HIRLAU will become world president of the new division from March 1st, 2024.

From now on, ALL BOXERS – women and men – can use our free offer and apply for inclusion in the BOXING World rankings via the FIGHTER PROFILE. Free and non-bureaucratic! The international WKF license applies to all boxers!

For PROFI boxers, a corresponding license and registration in BOXREC is mandatory!

Argentina prepara un fuerte equipo para participar del campeonato panamericano a realizarse en Colombia del 12 al 15 de noviembre próximo.

Cada fin de semana muchos de los competidores de la selección se preparan en diferentes eventos para poder dar el máximo en la competencia más exigente de América.

Según el director de Argentina Carlos SUAREZ ya hay confirmada una importante delegación de competidores que participaran y se esperan más ya que la inscripción inicia en setiembre.

Argentina Prepares for the Pan American Games

Argentina is preparing a strong team to participate in the Pan American Championships to be held in Colombia from November 12-15.
Every weekend, many of the national team’s competitors prepare in different events to give their all in the most demanding competition in the Americas.
According to Argentina’s director, Carlos SUAREZ, a significant delegation of competitors has already been confirmed to participate, and more are expected, as registration begins in September.

best male and female champions are welcome in November in Colombia!

An officially sanctioned International Referee Seminar will take place on October 20th in Mielec, Poland.

This seminar will prepare our best international referees for the upcoming 2026 World Championships and renew their WKF licenses.

No WKF license, no WKF Referee!

To date, 14 nations from Latin and Central America alone have been confirmed for the 2026 World Championships in Cartagena, Colombia. Therefore, around 500 South Americans – men and women – are expected!

Our friends will be returning with numerous amateur boxers. Anyone who attended the last World Championships 2024 in Alicante saw the level of our sports friends for themselves. 

The next World Referee Seminar will take place in November 2026 in Cartagena.
